Belchim is now capitalizing on the learnings from the successful launch in
indoor tomato in Spain and is pragmatically diversifying Vintec uses thanks
to label extensions and geographic expansion to new and carefully selected
territories and segments, such as table grapes in South Africa.
Bearing in mind their complementarity with conventional plant protection
products, Belchim Crop Protection focuses its efforts on the development
of innovative Biorational crop protection solutions to enable farmers to step
into sustainable Integrated Pest Management (IPM) and achieve highest
market standards, while addressing societal expectations and meeting
increasingly demanding regulations.
The valuable marketing experience gained so far through the commercial
development of Vintec has prepared Belchim Crop Protection well for the
successful launch of the three major compounds currently in its pipeline,
which will help the company to achieve a meaningful position in the
biologicals segment.
