In Africa, Belchim leverages the expertise gained in Europe (regulatory,
product positioning) through close collaboration with distributors, starting
with the introduction of the solo Sidoro product and planning the launch of
the ready-to-use mixture, metobromuron + S metolachlor, in the mid-term.
A broad set of crops is targeted: potato, corn, soybean, sunflower, tobacco,
cotton. Additionally, Belchim is currently evaluating the opportunity to
address the sugarcane market.
